Clubhouse

The clubhouse is comprised of the Shores offices, community room, kitchen, and bathrooms.  The community room was last renovated in Spring 2016, and a new handicap accessible walkway/entryway with new pavers, a ramp and railings were installed.  The kitchen and baths were also upgraded in Spring 2017.

The community room is available to homeowners/renters to rent for non-profit events at a reasonable rate.  Call Candlewood Shores office for more details. Availability can be confirmed by checking the community calendar. (Rental Guidelines and Application can be found by clicking here)

Many events are held at the Clubhouse.  These include an annual Holiday cookie exchange, monthly board meetings, annual budget meetings and vote, Halloween and Easter parties for the kids, and many more exciting things to come.
